Booked a skyline king room with a private safe, an air conditioning, and a work desk. The hotel has stunning location not far from Tucson and the hike to the waterfall. The service was exceptional and the pool was nice. Thanks to the very friendly staff everything was good, including a huge variety of brilliant food.

The location of the hotel in Tucson is marvellous and stunning, just next door to a lush desert setting in a mountain canyon, an amazing canyon and a waterfall, trees, a butterfly garden and more. The room is well-appointed & updated.

The property is gorgeous and peaceful. Being tucked up against the mountains, you can see the entire city. This is the second time that we've stayed here, and we will keep coming back. Summer rates are very affordable.

Each and every staff person was friendly--from the moment of driving up, to the check in to the bars and restaurants. The concierge desk was superb--- Victoria, I believe. Fantastic.

This place has a really beautiful building and is set in an amazing location right near the hike to the waterfall, the ski slopes, and various lovely gardens. 🌿.

Not at all impressed with front desk staff. The hotel was very busy & we were unable to check in until about 5pm. When we asked for a later checkout time, there was a lot of "attitude" inspite of reminding them of the late check in. There are too many other nice places to stay...i wont stay there again.

Amazing location so close to the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort and Sabino Canyon-beautiful area for hiking, many options and pleasant staff. Also, to a beautiful waterfall or lounge.
